I am starting to think about a FT-817, The FT-817 will have two functions one will be a good camping radio. The other function will be my work shop radio. I do check into a 75m net in the after noon, The 5 w of the FT-817 will not have enough zip for that net. Here is the question - With the 5 w out is any known tube type amplifier that will be ok with the low drive of 5 w? Thanks de John K�CQW
