[WVham] List of frequencies

Im looking for a list of frequencies for mason co and the surrounding areas
I have all the fire and ems and Sherriff ones. I am looking for M&G (local
plant) they have a repeater and I need the pl's for it. Also I would like to
know if anyone knows of any HAM repeaters I could listen to here. I have a
vx5r for listening to ham signals. I don't have my license yet. I just would
like to listen to see what its about. I have found one or two but I don't
hear anything on them. Is this normal? Do people only transmit at certain
times? Thanks in advance.
