Hi I know about the Bozos net on two up on 144.24 but does any monitor the call freq. 144.2 ?

I look up north when the 144.28 beacon hear it all the time. But when it is up I call on 144.2. 
I would like to work some one at none net time. Any one that would like have short QSO let me know. I now have 500 watts on 2 now. There is a lot of weak stations down south that only come when signals are up. Is there a beacon down south on 144mhz ?.
I look around till about till about 8:00pm.
Also would like to set a schedule up with some to the East in Nv.
