[Wswss] W6PH (Lone Pine) seeking skeds

Kurt, W6PH, is a prominent HF contester who is 
interested in VHF.  He lives near Lone Pine in DM06
(he's very close to the DM16 line on the east side 
of the high Sierras).
 
He has two stacked Yagis for two meters.  They're 
vertically polarized now but they can be switched to 
horizontal polarization without too much difficulty.
He'd like to try working into the Antelope Valley and 
desert areas east of there.  His path toward L.A. is, 
well, obstructed, but I would think N6EQ, N6RMJ and 
others who have a clear shot up highway 395 could make 
the street lights blink in Lone Pine.

I'm not sure how to sign him up.  He has a rover ready 
to go and could be persuaded to activate DM16 in contests.  
This all sounds promising.
