[Wswss] rover logging

Boy, it's been a while since I roved during a contest. But when I did, I always used a laptop and logged realtime. I highly recommend realtime logging, especially for a rover! When you are running multiple bands and multiple grid squares, it's almost impossible to remember who you worked on what band from which grid. Also, if you paper log, then you have to go in, after the contest and input all that data from paper logs...what a pain. Might get lost, coffee spilled on it, blown out the window...why risk it?

I am at work and cannot recall the name of the program I last used for logging. I will have to go home tonight and look it up and then I will send you a direct e-mail. Just so you know, a lot of the current logging programs support the VHF/UHF contests.

Neil - N6VHF
