Hi Tim,
Congrats on the new countries. I was amazed to see how far into Europe the Es was going, and how it was making it to 7 land. Most of the propagation stayed slightly north of me but did work DK1MAX and SM5CEU for 2 new 6m countries, and on CW. Like you said, We wouldn't have done it on SSB.
Station here is a Kenwood TS2000 at 100 watts and a MFJ 3 element yagi at 25 feet, so you don't need a huge station to have fun on the magic band.
