[Wswss] Looking for a Site above Chico; Ex Comcast

Folks:
 
There is an old Comcast Site above Chico, that is scheduled to be dismantled.  This coming week.  (time is of the essence to save)  The site is quite large, and has a number of large towers, and dishes on the towers.  All are scheduled to be dismantled/scrapped.   There is a move afoot to possibly save the useful site, from demolition, and re use it, as it is obviously well located, and has a lot (all) the hardware found on a commercial head end site, including a large number of ground mounted Sat dishes, about 3 meter class.
Also several towers, including two that are co-joined together and tall. ~ 125 ft  80KW Onan generator, etc.

Would no doubt be a good ham repeater/HF remote/Microwave site, so I am looking into saving it from demolition.
To do so, I have to know exactly where it is, LAT LOG to determine ownership, status, etc..
It is somewhere along highway 32 that runs out of Chico to the northeast, and I have scrutinized google maps, and have not found it yet.  I tried a very good tower locater program called  http://www.antennasearch.com and have not had success finding the site, because the Antenna search program only draws radii from a town, of say up to 4 miles, and the site is farther out than that.   Does anyone have a database that might be able to identify coordinates of the decomissioned Comcast Site above Chico?
