222 is a great band, if only more people were active. I currently have 40
grids on 222 and there are a lot of grids in CA (about 12) that I have
never worked, mostly in the SoCal desert (DM15-17, 22-24), so if you like
to rove you will make a lot of people happy. I am in the process of
building a loaner station to try and get my last grids. I am looking for a
reliable, reasonably priced transverter. I already have the IF radio, amp
and antenna and laptop for WSJT.

Due to lack of tower space I am only active in contests, meteor showers and
upon request.
