I worked Bob this morning at 1222 Z on 144.131 JT65B mode...he peaked at -23 dB 
here. Bob is always transmitting in the first sequence. Apparently he did not get 
on today until around 1200Z.  This was also moonrise in western Europe.  Bob has 
been putting a priority on this preferred window, which is looking out over the 
ocean on his moonset.

I don't know what his schedule will be in the coming days, but I post this because 
my moon was only 5 degrees elevation when we completed, and I had about given up 
hope of him getting on today before my moonset.  If the same pattern holds true 
for the next couple of days, horizon-only 2m stations in the western NA may very 
well have the opportunity to work another rare one during their moonset with their 
antennas at zero elevation.
