Thanks to all for your help and information. Because of your helpful
responses I now have all the 7/8 inch Heliax and connectors I need for now
and at reasonable prices. What a great group of guys you all are!!!
Thanks again, Ted, K6XN
PS FYI, I will be using three separate 140 foot +/- 7/8 inch Heliax feed
lines to separately feed an 88 element array for 1296 MHz, a 17 element yagi
for 930 MHz and a 23 element yagi for 430 MHz on a 70 foot tower at an
elevation of 5000 feet from CM99 in the Sierras. I will only be running low
power (10 watts) on these bands in the ARRL June VHF contest from batteries
and solar cells but I should be able to put out a reasonable signal. With
any luck I will have everything in place in time for the ARRL June VHF
contest. I am also completing some 100W +/- linear amplifiers and T/R
switching for 1296 MHz and 930 MHz non-contest use but some assembly is
still required and I am focusing on installing and completing the antennas
and feed lines first. :-) Thanks again.
