[Wswss] Tuesday evening 1296 activities

Average conditions Tuesday, much better on Friday evening. N6XQ/b to the 
South has been audible up here every 5 min or so for the past couple of 
weeks, with many aircraft peaks...the band has been in good shape. 
Conditions on 902 and 2304 have been about average into the Sacramento 
Valley, with Norm (KC6ZWT) the other active 2304 station. Greg (KJ6KO) may 
have a beacon on this band soon.
