[Wswss] RESIGNATION

All,

   Regretably I hereby resign as President of the WSWSS effective
immediately. I acknowledge Steve and Rod's resignations as Secretary and VP.

  Since taking over as VP and then as President the morale of the
organization has been on a long and steady decline.  I've asked numerous
members and ex-members why?  I keep getting the same answer, "what's the
WSWSS doing for me"?  Hard to change the mindset of folks like this.  As a
club officer I was not aware of the many things that had transpired over the
last years such as becoming incorporated as a 501(c)3 organization.  Sad
part is administratively we suck!  I had asked for copies of the current
constitution and bylaws, articles of incorporation and all relevent
documents that form the organization.  To date I HAVE RECEIVED NADDA!  So I
would pose the question as to how I could effectively run this organization
without being cognizant of everything?

  My job and family have taken up all of my time. I am unable to devote time
to check into nets anymore as I'm doing homework with my kids, etc.  I have
in effect become unable to perform my duties as your President.  I am not
mad at anyone and hope that you are able to find someone to step up and run
the WSWSS again.  I will support you and wish you all the best of luck.
