[Wswss] Locking rig to a GPS disciplined Osc?

So now that I have a GPS disciplined 10 Mhz in the shack, how can I use  that 
to lock up my rigs? My first guinea pig is my back up HF rig a TS-440 which  
I think has a 8.??? mhz LO.
