[Wswss] VHF Contest Etiquette comments

Well, I thought things were a lot better this weekend.

There was much consideration toward working all present before running up
the bands. Rovers even came back to six and two to check for stragglers,
and announced the plans for the next band ("now going to 144.200 and
144.260"). Great!

And for the most part, at least on six, the calling frequency seemed to be
used for replying to DX calling on that frequency, for "W6HAM listening on
150" announcements, for Rovers announcing their arrivals in a new grid, and
for occasional calls when things got slow.

I thought those two practices made things a lot less stressful and more fun.
