Comments: I was in FN20 (NNJ), overlooking the Hudson River, for the start of the contest. I was in CN87 (WWA), at Sea=TAC Airport, for the end of the contest. Operations from the Salt Lake City area produced the most points.
FT690R (2w + whip antenna); IC202 (2w + whip; 40 "C" cell batteries & sunscreen comprised the "Coast to Coast Rover" package.
Special thanks to the Salt Lake City area guys who provided lots of information for operating sites in 4 grids.
