Hello!
With the advent of JT44 mode, it is now possible for well-equipped 6m DX stations to
get 6m WAS using EME. There are a number of 6m stations in EU who have over 40
states, and a few with over 45 states. Of course, to work 6m EME requires more than
100w transceiver and a 3 element beam...but with JT44 mode, it is possible with 500w
and a good 7 element yagi.
Two states at the top of the "most wanted" list are NV and UT. Does anybody know of
6m large stations in these states? Or any contest stations that might be QRV from
there this summer? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! TNX and 73, Lance
