[WSWSS] PSK31 net

The WSWSS 2 meter Southern California Technical Roundtable net that we
have been holding Tuesdays at 8:30PM on 144.130 MHz will now be a PSK31
net.  We will do checkins on PSK31 and after everyone has been checked in
we will go to SSB and help people who need to get their equipment and
software setup and checked out.  We are just getting started with this so
don't know what kind of interest there might be.  We expect to hang in
there for awhile to see if we can build up interest in this and other
computer-SSB compatible modes.  Everyone is invited to join us, please do
and help spread the word.  Thanks.
