[WRL] Globe Scout 680-A questions

I am in the process of restoring a Globe Scout 680-A and have a couple of  
questions, there are two "couplates" in the schematic, PC-81 and PC-91, these  
are resistors and caps enclosed in single components.....are there ways to  
replace these, no values are given on the schematics. I don't know if the  
originals are good or bad.
  Then there is a 6S6 pilot lamp....any source for these? Thanks in  advance!!
