[Wma-ares] SET and WinLink

Hi Chuck,
Do you have a set of Winlink servers we should be able to talk to that
adheres to the rules?
Do we need to start a list and verify?
For me, I usually use N1ABC-10 that is part of the MRA infrastructure in
Marlboro.
What I can see is:

I can verify that N1ABC-10 adheres to the rules, but what about everyone
else?
