On Thursday, April 14th,there will be the normal statewide tornado drill from 1-2pm with a mock
tornado watch issued at 1pm and a mock tornado warning issued at 1:45pm with it all ending at 2pm.
This year, there will be an additional statewide tornado drill in the evening starting at 6:55pm.
This additional drill will give people a second chance to test out their severe weather plans at a time
when severe weather is more likely to occur.
Should there be the potential for real severe weather at that time, we will postpone the drill until the
following day.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
