2013 ARRL Field Day
    
FOUR LAKES AMATEUR RADIO CLUB FIELD DAY 2013 at BADGER PRAIRIE PARK
 
What is Field Day?
 
Dates & Location: 6/22/2013 and 6/23/2013 at Badger Prairie Park.
Badger Prairie Park in Verona WI is at the intersection of US Highway 18/151 and County Highway PB.  For bicyclists, the park is at the intersection of the Military Ridge State Trail and the Ice Age Junction Trail, GPS coordinates are 42.998321,-89.52012.

Set up: Saturday 6/22/2013 at 8 AM CST we encourage everyone to come and join us for setting up
 
Operations: Start: 1 PM CST Saturday   End: 1 PM CST Sunday
Anyone is welcome to operate, you can do it by checking in at the welcome tent when you come, or just stopping by the station you want to operate.  You can also e-mail Carolyn NQ9A at nq9a at arrl.net if you have specific hours you want to operate or a specific band.
 
Welcome Tent: Come sign in, get information on amateur radio and the Four Lakes amateur Radio Club, get a tour of the stations, ask questions.

Food: We will have sandwiches for lunch Saturday available, dinner at 6 PM Saturday and breakfast 8 AM Sunday morning. Sign up for meals will be done at the FLARC meetings or you can e-mail Carolyn NQ9A nq9a at arrl.net

Deadline to sign up for meals is by 6/15/2013. Please indicate the number of person and indicate if it needs to be vegetarian or vegan. Thanks.
There will be coffee and doughnuts available.
 
Schmoozing: We even have a tent specifically for this, this year!  This will help keep the operations area quieter and easier to hear those distant stations.
