I should have mentioned in last night's email that the flagship
144.240 net, usually hosted by WB9LYH, is switching over to a
0100Z/8pm central start time. This is effective tonight, and will
continue until at least September.
I also want to thank WB9LYH for putting his huge signal on
the air with this net for the past year and a half. Mark has the
better reach, and since our goal is to find as much activity as
possible, I'm most grateful.
Periodically, Mark isn't available. When that happens, I am
alternate net control on 144.240. I already know that I will be
ON for Wed., May 11th.
All are welcome to listen along or say hello to the Wed. night
nets. The only purpose is to increase overall activity on lesser-used
portions of 2m SSB. Many of you have rigs with 2 meter all-mode
capability and when you're ready to use all of your radio, we give
you a signal to target.
