[WIham] 146.430 FM Simplex Net ON @8pm Tonight

    I'll be on 146.430 FM at 8pm central tonight, calling CQ with 
the vertical up 90'.   I won't be hanging around too long due to the 
football game on TV, but we'll put an honest 30 minutes in and get 
the net cooking.   Realize there's frequently ragchewing afterward, 
so show up whenever you can and enjoy the activity.   We have 
had nights where guys are still showing up at 8:45, 9:00pm.  
 
    Remember that WV9E is also on 146.460 every Thursday, 
starting at 8:30pm.   Dave is just north of La Crosse, EN43.  His

   All are welcome to either net, we run them as friendly individuals 
to stir up more activity.   Spread the word.

   If you know of FM simplex nets like this in other parts of WI, 
email me and/or promote them here.   Activity on VHF is often 
scarce and it helps to know all your options.
