In December of 2009 the 
Wisconsin Office of Justice Assistance released survey results that 
gauged 
public preparedness to a disaster.  Using ten simple questions the 
survey covered 
preparedness, awareness, and participation. Depending on how you 
interpret the questions 
there were some interesting 
variables with age, gender, income, and Wisconsin 
location.
