[WIham] setting up APRS ui view 32 update

HI all, well 

I got the map working, i think i am  sending now. i can receive packets and my little AGW packet engine Icon say it sending and receiving.  I will try again in the AM. I found the info in the help in setting up a weather statoin in ui veiw32. I thought some how there was a way to download the latest weather from like the NWS but i cant kind it, if there is a way please let my know other wise i will  go &  buy one of the interfacable weather statoins and use that. One last questoin does anybody know of a weather radar overlay to use, Im big into weather. Im not using prseyoin maping. 

So for now it seemd to be half way working. I thought i would just post a undate. its slow but eary set is prograss. thought input welcome
