[WIARC] conference call meeting

Thanks to those that called in for our club meeting conference call this
evening, we were able to conduct the time sensitive business issues this
evening. It had been a while since our last business meeting and a few
things needed to be handled. A special thanks to Jim, N9JF, for setting this
up for us. Hopefully we will be able to meet face to face in the near
future.

Among other decisions, it was decided the club's hamfest will be cancelled
for this year and looked at again for next year BUT, we may have a free
tailgate flea market later this year.

We also voted in 3 new club members this evening, Bad Florea, KD9OOK, Thomas
Ague, KB9LBE and Rodney Walton, K0AGN. Be sure to welcome them when you hear
them on the air or if you meet them in person.
