Subject: Bridge the Gap

 

Bridge the Gap race is coming up on May 17th.  Our participation with the
race will alter the training schedule for May.  Communication team training
will be held on Friday, May 16th at 6:30 pm at the EMA shed.  We will be
preparing equipment to be used the next morning at the race.

 

I am working on creating the volunteer roster and am still in need of
volunteers.  Please let me know if you are available to help.  On race day
volunteers will be needed at 6:45 a.m.  After the race there will be lunch
provided at the EMA shed for a debrief and to put equipment away.  More
details will follow but right now the most important thing is that I have a
list of who is able to help.  Please share this information with other
Amateur Radio operators that you feel would like to help.
