[WIARC] D-STAR UHF repeater on the air

In case you were not at the club meeting this past Wednesday, it was
announced the W9AWE D-STAR UHF repeater is now on the air on 441.89375 MHz
+5 MHz offset. You can now access the W9AWE D-STAR system via W9AWE node C
on 147.195 or W9AWE node B on 441.89375.

There may be an issue with receiver desensitization that we will address
once we know for sure what the cause is. Those that can use it, please let
someone on the repeater board know how it is working for you.
