[WIARC] In Response to Field Day Site Question..

We did recall the rain issue with that particular shelter.  However, when we
went to reserve a shelter in mid-January, it was the only one in the Quincy
Park system still available for both days of the Field Day weekend.  The
only one that is, except for Quinsippi Island and Bob Bangert parks.  The
consensus was to take a chance on the weather rather than the certainty of
the mosquitoes swarms at those two sites.  We would have rather had Johnson
or South Park but they were already reserved as were the other shelters in
Moorman.
