[WIARC] Field Day

I have read in the feed line that Upper Moorman Park was chosen for field
day. I don't care where we hold it but if you will recall the last time we
had it there we had a very hard time keeping all the gear dry. The shelters
are only half a shelter. Sort of a lean-to type of structure with very high
roofs. 

While Upper Moorman is a prettier park and parking is better, I would advise
Johnson or South Park or another one that has full size shelter houses.
