[WAR ] Tone Changes

   Len, Might I suggest that you contact the Chairman of WAR and ask 
to have your proposal put on
the agenda for the next meeting and you can then outline & explain 
your requests.. I agree that it is
expensive to drive to the meetings, but I do not see any alternative 
at this point in time... I guess that
one must consider just how important it is to have repeater 
coordination for your systems..
