[WAR ] Tone Changes

It is simply silly to not have a repeater listed yet if only the Tone
changes especially if the tone changes from non-band plan to current band
plan.

I would have attended WAR meeting but not when gas is near $4/gal.  We need
an on-line meeting forum like Skype or something.

Not a Video conference.  A voice conference and have more regular meetings
like once a month.
