WHERE...Pennsylvania, including the following areas,Greene, and West
Virginia including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker,
Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and
Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel. * WHEN...From midnight EDT
tonight through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result
in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The combination of fairly saturated
grounds with heavy rain from showers and thunderstorms capable that may
train, or repeatedly move over, the same locations could result in flash
flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... You should monitor later
