...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM FRIDAY TO 6 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8
inches expected. Isolated higher amounts possible along
ridgetops. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 6 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could become very difficult. The hazardous
conditions may impact the the evening commute. Visibilities may
drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.

inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West
Virginia.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 6 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday
evening commute.
