Thomas, Kingwood, Coopers Rock, Bruceton Mills, Hendricks, Terra Alta, and
Canaan Valley


...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving. If
you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken on stairs,
sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and slippery,
increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

Please report snow or ice accumulations via the North Central West Virginia
Skywarn Net, by posting to the NWS Pittsburgh Facebook page, or using
X at NWSPittsburgh.
