[W8MWA] Alert: Potential of Flooding Preston and Tucker

*Note*: We will continue to monitor the situation below and determine if it
is necessary to activate the NC WV Skywarn Net.

>From the NWS Pittsburgh:

Ice jam issues are being reported in Parsons, WV. This justified the
issuance of the flood warning for Tucker and portions of Preston County. We
expect this is an issue along the Cheat and other creeks/streams. The
backing up of water or a sudden release of water may result in flooding in
the area. While the river is not over its banks yet, it may be shortly.
