[W8MWA] North Central West Virginia SKYWARN Activation

Due to deteriorating Winter Weather Conditions in Preston, Tucker and
Randolph Counties, the North Central West Virginia ARES SKYWARN Net is now
operating in Active Mode on the W8MWA two-meter repeater.

Here in Morgantown, the weather is pretty much of a non-factor at this
time. However, this is not true of Preston, Tucker and Randolph Counties.
Stations there are reporting heavy snowfall, multiple road closures,
accidents and other weather related issues.

We request that all stations who are able monitor the W8MWA repeater
(145.430 MHz, 103.5 PL and -600 offset.)
