[W8MWA] Advisory: Expected Upgrade in Snowfall

The following is *unofficial *at this time, but the NWS Pittsburgh has
given us a heads up regarding what they are planning to do in terms of
local snowfall Warnings and Advisories:

*We are likely to upgrade Monongalia County WV to a Winter Weather Advisory
and the zone straddling the Mon/Preston WV line including Coopers Rock to
Winter Weather Warning. **This is due to the new snow amount predictions
which are higher than the previous forecast amount. Strong upslope winds
just above the surface will create a strong period of upslope late tonight
and early Friday.*
