The following is unofficial at this time, but the NWS Pittsburgh has given us a heads up regarding what they are planning to do in terms of local snowfall Warnings and Advisories:

We are likely to upgrade Monongalia County WV to a Winter Weather Advisory and the zone straddling the Mon/Preston WV line including Coopers Rock to Winter Weather Warning. This is due to the new snow amount predictions which are higher than the previous forecast amount. Strong upslope winds just above the surface will create a strong period of upslope late tonight and early Friday.
