[W8MWA] Risk Level 2 - Secede Weather Possible Today

The NWS Pittsburgh has updated the Risk Level 2 for Severe Wether to
include all of Monongalia, Marion and Preston Counties.

See the attached graphic.

Thunderstorm chances will increase this afternoon and evening. Strong to
severe storms will be possible. Damaging wind is the primary threat, though
hail and isolated tornadoes will also be possible.

Most likely timing for the strongest storms will be after 2 PM, but it's
possible that we see some development earlier than that.
