[W8MWA] Update: Monongalia and Marion Counties Noe Level 2 Risk

A few moments ago the NWS in Pittsburgh updated their forecast for
Wednesday afternoon. They have now moved Monongalia and Marion Counties
into the Level 2 threat area.

See the attached graphic:

They report that thunderstorm chances will increase Wednesday afternoon and
evening. Strong to severe storms will be possible. Damaging wind and hail
are the primary threats, however, isolated tornadoes will also be possible.
