[W8MWA] Snow returns this evening

The following update was just issued by the NWS:



*"Mother nature brings a snow event to the region this evening through
Saturday.  If you could remember to report your snow depth and snow fall
Saturday morning when you wake up that would be appreciated. "We send these
reports to the media, share on social media, and make verification maps to
our advisories and warnings, so they are critical in helping us make the
best forecast possible. If you haven't been able to report that is ok,
please do so Saturday morning.  We are only getting about 20% of people to
report snow.  We would like to see that number much higher*. "

Attached is a graphic showing how to measure snow and a forecast briefing
for this event.
