[W8MWA] Alert: Potential forIce in Preston and Tucker Counties

Updated from the NWS Pittsburgh:

There is the potential for a light coating of ice along the ridges of West
Virginia through 7am Thursday morning. The early morning commute may be
impacted in Tucker and Preston County.
