[W8MWA] Christmas Parade Update

Here's the line-up map for the Christmas Parade. This is very similar to 
what it has been in the past with the exception of traffic coming down 
Price St. this year. As you can see there will be at least 10 people 
from the parade officials we need to shadow for communications. If you 
can come help it's a fun time and a good experience getting involved 
with community service.
