[W8MWA] Winter Weather NWS Update as of 1730, 17 December 2023

The Pittsburgh NWS has updated their snow and winter weather predictions.

For Morgantown and vicinity the snow totals through Tuesday, December 19
have been reduced to 1” to 2”.

However, snowfall projections through the same period for Preston County
have been revised to 6” to 8”. Tucker County Is projected to receive 8” to
12”.

Again this is through 1900 on Tuesday, December 19.
