[W8MWA] Bouvet

My original Bouvet meassage was sent days ago... and didn't get published
until now.  I immediately sent the ABORT message when I saw it hit QST
online.  Reflector was bogged down I guess.  Didn't mean to confuse
people.  Still bummed about the cancellation of activities.
