[W8MWA] ARES, where are you?

I strongly encourage anyone interested in EmComm, including ARES, to 
join both MWA and ARRL. The club meetings are the best place to ask 
questions and to learn what's going on. The ARRL is the entity that 
directly interacts with all of the responsible parties in emergency and 
other public service situations.
