[W8MWA] C4FM repeater Yaesu DR-1XE

All:

A few caveats on the DR-1XE, which is the European version.  There's
no internal power supply, as there is with the North American version.
The 2M and 70cm bands are 144~146 and 430~440 MHz.  Unless it can be
"opened up" for our allocations ( never had a reason to check), its
use may be limited.  Lastly, keep in mind that a new DR-1X (with
warranty and AC supply) is available for $600.
