[W8MWA] Weekly DX news from The Ohio/Penn DX PacketCluster

The Ohio/Penn DX PacketCluster puts out a weekly DX bulletin, named, 
surprisingly, The DX Bulletin.  It is free, and you can get it by 
joining their Yahoogroup named "Strictly_DX."  You will get only one 
mailing per week, and it will the DX Bulletin.  This is not a discussion 
group.  Like the ARRL Bulletin, this mostly tells you about upcoming or 
current DXpeditions, either intentional, or incidental to a visit by a 
ham.  This is a free service, but expect to get about one e-mailing a 
year requesting a non-mandatory contribution, similar to the way QRZ.com 
or QTH.com operate.
