Nascent DXers:
Here is the web site that tells you how to subscribe to ARRL bulletins,
one of which is the ARRL DX Bulletin. These bulletins are free for both
ARRL members and non-members.

By popular demand, here is a web site that allows you to see a current
DXCluster and also tailor it to your interests. For example, first
click on "No filter selected, showing all spots," which will bring up a
page that gives you some choices about what you want to see. Go to the
right-side column, labeled "DE station," and change the "Continent" from
"any" to "Northeastern zone of NA." You will only see posts put up by
stations in our area, including NE Canada and New England. These posts
are relevant to you. You won't receive posts from the west coast about
stations that almost none of us can work. You do not need a cluster
program to use this, only a web browser.

Go thou forth: build thy new yagi or vertical, and work multipliers.
DX IS.
